Agni Way Tantric Temple in Lagos (Portugal) is an unique jewel for all spiritual seekers. Some say it’s not easy to find, despite situated 5 minutes walk from old town walls. But once you find it, you will know it was worth looking for.

What makes this place unique is the amazing energy you will feel the moment you enter. Green garden with beautiful plants, large window with a bit of the ocean view, peace and quiet around with singing birds in the trees.

Temple is located in a beautiful Portuguese house filled with home atmosphere. Wooden floor, soft music, many warm light spots, fireplace, green plants inside create the magic, that you can just dive in with pleasure.

Sensuality means perceiving this reality through senses and NOT behaving in particular way 😏

Sensuality allows you to be present in the embodied experience and that opens you for the flow of the Life Force ✨

That’s why people who enjoy sensing this reality, beyond thinking mind, appear to be more relaxed, focused in the moment, internally silent. Whole body is opening up to soak the moment. And makes them radiate the beauty of the energy that is flowing through them freely in the given moment - because they are lovingly present.

The same sensual approach in the act of lovemaking allows se.ual energy to flow through the whole body, as the body opens up into presence. Which may lead to those prolonged ecstatic states of orgasmicness, as the energy is not locked in s.x center anymore ❤️‍🔥

Sensuality is something that YOU can practice many times during the day so it becomes habitual!

First notice which one of your senses is the strongest, through which one it is the easiest for you to tune into presence. Practice this one by just noticing when you do that. Become aware of it.

But also notice which one is the weakest and then maybe give it more space through your intention. So if you tend to not pay so much attention on how things smell, for some time try to smell things (and people 🙃) around you, sensitizing yourself.

Mainly just have fun with that! It takes you to your meditative state of mind very easy and effortlessly if you allow it ✨

They wait for permission from facilitator to take a breath or close their eyes and just feel into the body… And it makes me sad to see that.

I see that I live in a bubble… And Im here to change it! Im here to blow this bubble into the size of the whole universe in which we will finally live as embodied beings ❤️‍🔥

Where body has permission to release the tension at any given moment through any action that is there to simply happen! Just like that, no overthinking, no judgments 😇

Im my world no one looks at you surprised when you stretch at the supermarket, dance on your way home or yawn openly relaxing your jaw 😎

Our bodies want to be free in their natural expression, sensuality and resonance with nature. And I stand for it with my full open and free body YES 👑

Many people ask me recently about my radiant body in great shape now 🫶

That’s it’s the result of only a few months of my tantric gym practices, where I combined physical workout with tantric energetics 🪄

It’s super pleasurable for my body and takes me really deep within, sometimes to very blissful states ✨ Which is amazing in public space like gym and is deeply aligned with my mission of bringing spiritually into the world outside my Temple 🤘

Also this self energy management allows me to have amazingly beautiful results on my whole system! Really, like never before in my life 🤩

All this makes me go to gym twice a week not only effortlessly but with pure pleasure! 🥰

Through this interest in my amazing results among my fellow yogis and other friends who are into well being, I was encouraged to make an online course 😇

Im yoga practitioner for over 20 years and tantra yogini for the last 8 - studying, practicing and teaching on daily basis in my Tantric Temple in Lagos Portugal. I have years of experience in dance and bodywork, including potent tantric massage through which I study deep attunment with kundalini through the touch 🙌 Im in deep atunment with my body almost all the time. This is my vortex to God ✨

Vinyasa Yoga Fliw with me happens every Mon & Fri at 9:00am at Agni Way Tantric Temple in Lagos (PT)

My most common formal practice I do in the mornings now is:
*15-30 min of asana yoga,
*10-20 min of kryia yoga,
*15 min Green Tara sadhana 💚
*20-30 min of Free Voicing

I must say that this is my absolutely favorite part of the day when Im fully devoting my time and attention to connect with my Self 💚

And a part from that I do my informal micro dose practices many times during the day. This is really powerful as it brings me into expanded state of awareness during simple daily tasks, which allows me to see the magic and depth in moment by moment experience.

Felt sense is the subtle energy sensations inside the skin. It’s always there. Most of the time it’s very pleasurable a specially when being noticed, sensations deepens around my s.x center or I feel the expansion in my chest while my heart opens.

Sometimes it’s also very painful, when strong emotion like grief or sadness is being felt as contraction and almost breathless squeeze.

Bringing the attention into the body is for me a practice of self centered awareness. Which is very direct experience happening always in the present moment.

This inner focus guides to expanded state of mind, in which my awareness travels through the body - beyond the body. Through the most subtle sensations inside the skin, into the spaciousness in which they appear. So the “effort” of focus brings the state of expansion effortlessly.

Anything can be the place of focus. So if you don’t have an easy access to your felt sense, you can practice the same with the sounds around you, which is also absolutely beautiful a specially when you are in nature.

First noticing single sounds close by, then including them, you start moving the awareness wider and wider noticing all the sounds at once without differentiating them.

You can also use focus gaze point, for example looking at the candle flame or looking someone deep in the eyes.

It’s really precious to remember that meditative state is our NATURAL STATE OF BEING. So as much as we are able to, let’s include those moments consciously into our time during the day 🫶

So I see my work is to be in service by gradually and lovingly opening my body for this Force to flow through.
